DESCRIPTION:Join us on 19 July to see classic cars\, military vehicles\, traction engines and old lorries and lots more! \n\n\n\nSteam train and traction engine rides are only £1 and the Gauge 1 railway will be operating too. \n\n\n\nThe Drake Explorer Scout Unit will be providing hot food\, there will be cakes and drinks to buy\, and an ice cream van will be here to cool us off too! \n\n\n\nWe will also have an exhibition of members work and a display showing future plans for the railway. DESCRIPTION:A weekend of celebrations with the grand opening of our Gauge 1 railway and a chance for other clubs to come and visit.  \n\n\n\nSaturday will be a day of playing trains with Gauge 1 and the raised track for visitors to run their trains between 12pm and 4:00pm. The public are welcome to come and view both railways but no public rides will be given. \n\n\n\nSunday will be a public open day from 12pm to 4:00pm and the club to offer train rides on the 5″ gauge railway. It’s £1 for two laps of the railway\, everyone of all ages is encouraged to join in the fun. \n\n\n\nSoft drinks\, tea\, coffee and snacks will be available on the day from the clubhouse for you to enjoy. \n\n\n\nMore information to follow.
